- Throughout Thailand. For international delivery, contact us and we will handle it case by case.
- How much is delivery?
- not configured yet per order, shown at checkout. Note: the system does not calculate delivery charges automatically yet.
- How much do I need to spend for free delivery?
- Orders over not configured yet baht.
- How long does delivery take?
- not configured yet business days after the order leaves the warehouse. In-stock items are picked within one business day.
- How do I track my parcel?
- When the order ships, the carrier name and tracking number are recorded against it. You can see both on the My orders page.
- What if something arrives broken?
- Photograph the box and the item as you unpack, then email hello@estfive.com within 7 days of delivery.
